I have been reviewing books for many years, now on my Instagram where you should look for the Reader Reviewing story highlights

I’ve recently removed the 🌟 values from my book reviews on social media but they remain in situ on my Amazon reviews by default.

As a writer who would like to be published, I accept reviews both negative and positive would be a way of life. I do not think there is anything inherently ‘wrong’ in the reader’s opinion being expressed in a star value.

My 10-Word Reviews were never intended as a full literary critique so I will no longer offer a valuation. I will still say why I liked the book, and always keep my opinion to myself if a title has not engaged my attention.
